Budget discussion
Cory mentioned the Quantus club is interested in building a dirt trail;
Cory has experience planning races for when we want to hold one as a fundraiser;
Members want jerseys and radios included in the budget;
Favorite bar/gel/drink flavors are crunchy peanut butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and lemon lime;
Larry Green is a lawyer possibly interested in cycling.
New Business

Jerry Grady gave a synopsis of the ride.
Jerseys
Samples of Champ-Sys and Louis Garneau were passed around;
Unanimous agreement to choose manufacturer at next meeting to gage costs that will have to be provided by sponsors.

Members would like a cycling newsfeed on the website
Rides
Advanced Ride – Saturday, August 5, 7 a.m. at County Court House. Cotton Patch Route w/Leonard Hills if 6+ people show. Led by Marc. Sag wagon will follow. Distance: 64 miles, Speed: 20 mph.
Intermediate Ride – None
Beginner Ride – None
Oct. 19-20 Texas Time Trial, Glen Rose, TX
Next meeting will be held Monday, August 14, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. at Crosspoint Fellowship with a ride following.
